Desciption
To Migrate BMW's best-of-class PC-based dealer communication system to the Web, EuroRSCG partnered with IBM Global Services to create DCSnet, an application that featured a smarter architecture and interface that improved corporate communications and task efficiency. DCSnet reduced both the dealers cost to entry and BMW's maintenance costs. Dealer-inspired improvements reflect BMW's decision to integrate the dealers as partners in the value-chain.
