Description:
Leading the visual design and all visual guidelines of the world largest corporate Intranet.
A major goal of the most recent redesign (2004) was to create a structure that supports the way employees need to work for IBM to succeed (the "On Demand Workplace"), having the information better structured for individual employees rather than organization and business units, and ultimately, evolve the intranet from a network of disparate sites to a unified whole.

IBM and its Intranet in numbers:
- 8000 websites
- 11 millions webpages
- 316 000 employees
- 76% of IBM employees access the intranet daily
- 61% view the intranet as crucial to their job
- 71% rate the intranet as their prefered information source
- 80% satisfaction for ease of use
